Yes. Click Import M3U and select your playlist file. You can edit channel details, delete channels, change their order, test individual links, and download the updated playlist.
A stream may work in VLC or a dedicated player but block browser access because of CORS, referrer, authentication, geographic, or expiring-token restrictions. This status does not always mean the original stream is offline.
