The tool checks contrast and can try to decode the finished QR in your browser before you save it.

A QR generator that checks the result, not just the design
Valsolution creates static QR codes directly in your browser. You can generate codes for URLs, WiFi, contacts, WhatsApp, email, phone calls and SMS, then check contrast and scanability before exporting the result.
Adding a logo automatically raises error correction when Auto is selected, helping preserve readable QR data.
Your QR content and logo stay in your browser during generation. No account is required.
How to create a custom QR code
- Choose the QR type.Select URL, WiFi, Contact, WhatsApp, Email, Phone or SMS.
- Enter your content. The live preview updates as you type.
- Customize safely.Change colors, dots, corners or add a logo. Use the scanability status to catch risky designs.
- Export the result.Download PNG, SVG or PDF, or copy/share the QR directly when your browser supports it.
What makes this QR generator different?
Most QR generators stop after drawing the code. Valsolution adds a practical safety layer: it checks visual contrast, uses stronger error correction when a logo is added in Auto mode, and can attempt a browser-side decode of the generated QR. That helps you catch common design problems before downloading or printing.
Important: A successful browser check cannot guarantee every phone, camera, printer or material will scan the same way. For posters, packaging and large print runs, always test the final physical QR at the intended size and distance.
QR Code Generator FAQs
Answers to common questions about static QR codes, logos, scanability, privacy and print formats.
How do I create a QR code for free?
Choose the QR type, enter your content, customize the design if needed, check the scanability status, and download the finished code as PNG, SVG or PDF. No account is required.
Do QR codes created here expire?
The QR image itself does not expire. Static QR codes continue to contain the information you entered. If the code points to a website, the destination link must remain active.
Can I create a WiFi QR code?
Yes. Choose WiFi, enter the network name, password and security type, then generate the QR. A compatible phone can scan it to join the network without manually typing the password.
Can I add my logo to a QR code?
Yes. You can add a PNG, JPEG, WebP or SVG logo. When Auto error correction is enabled, the tool uses stronger correction for a logo to improve scan reliability.
How does the QR scanability check work?
The tool checks visual contrast and, when browser support is available, attempts to decode the generated QR locally. If the design is risky, it can warn you and offer a safer color fix.
What does the scanability score mean?
The status is a practical pre-download check based on contrast, logo use, background and optional browser-side decoding. It improves confidence but cannot guarantee every camera, printer or physical surface will scan identically.
What is the best QR code color?
Dark foreground modules on a light background are the safest choice. Custom colors can work well when there is strong contrast. Avoid very light foreground colors and low-contrast combinations.
Should I use PNG, SVG or PDF for my QR code?
PNG is convenient for websites, messages and general use. SVG is best when you need a scalable QR for design or printing. PDF is useful for document and print workflows.
Can I make a transparent QR code?
Yes, but a solid light background is usually safer for scanning. If you export with transparency, place the QR on a clean high-contrast background and test the final design.
Can I create WhatsApp, SMS, phone and email QR codes?
Yes. The generator supports WhatsApp messages, SMS, phone calls, email, website URLs, WiFi networks and contact cards from the content tabs.
Are my QR code content and logo uploaded to the server?
No. The QR content and logo are processed in your browser by this tool, so they are not uploaded to Valsolution for QR generation.
Can I use the QR code for commercial printing?
Yes. For print work, SVG is usually the most flexible option because it scales without becoming pixelated. Always test a printed sample at the final size before a large print run.
